Asvia Budget (“the App”) is provided by AkilliX. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use the App on mobile, desktop, or web at budget.akillix.com.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: When you sign in with email or Google, we receive your email address, display name, and profile photo through Firebase Authentication.
  • Budget data: Workspaces, category groups, planned amounts, transactions, currency settings, and KPI preferences you create or edit.
  • Receipt images (optional): If you attach a receipt to a transaction, the image is stored on your device. Receipt images are not uploaded to cloud storage by default.
  • Technical data: App version, platform, and sync metadata needed to keep your devices consistent and to diagnose issues.

2. How we use information

We use your information to operate the App (planning, tracking, dashboard, exports), authenticate you, synchronize workspace data when enabled, and improve reliability. Financial insights shown on the dashboard are computed on your device from your budget data; they are not sent to external AI services in the current version of the App.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Storage and sync

Data is stored on your device. When you are signed in and use a synced workspace, copies of budget data are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) under your account and workspace security rules.

Receipt images remain on the device unless a future version explicitly offers optional cloud backup with your consent.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to run the App (for example Google Firebase, Firebase Authentication, and Google Sign-In) and only as needed to provide the service. Workspace members you invite can see shared workspace data according to their role.

5. Your choices

  • Sign out at any time from Settings.
  • Use local-only workspaces where applicable without cloud sync.
  • Export data from the App where export is available.
  • Update profile information in Settings.
  • Request deletion of account-linked cloud data by contacting us (see Contact below).

6. Security

We rely on industry-standard protections provided by Firebase and encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; protect your device and credentials.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, in the App.
